When you submit the application, did you receive the acknowledgement receipt? If yes, your application should process. 

Call the sakala customer 080-4455 4455, provide your BB number in your acknowledgement receipt to take forward 

If you haven't received the acknowledgement receipt, re-submit the application. Its free to resubmit the application and no additional cost incur.
