They take money but no bill or I don't get a message on my phone even after paying the fees . I have proof of video for this . Even after SAKALA has advised the days for services ,we don't get our services on time . Because we don't get a message on our phone when we call SAKALA we cannot get the status of the application due to no number through a message. When is this issue getting resolved , when asked at madikeri survey office they say it must some network issue ,hence you didnt get a message. It is done so deliberately. I can see myself and a bunch of poor farmers suffering a lot. Where to complain now?

But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. What could be the reason of not receiving sms ? Since i am not receiving sms status update, how will I know when is the time to pay the fees and Bangalore One center?

Answered on October 30,2021I bought a flat in Bangalore applied for a khata transfer through Sakala website on 19th Aug 2021, its been more than 2 months the application is stuck at pending state fees details are not uploaded in Bangalore one and no sms is received. Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?

How to proceed?
