You can raise and Appeal in Sakala if service is delayed then what has been mentioned as stipulated time for the service. You can visit www.sakala.kar.nic.in or call 080 4455 4455 for assistance

But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. After uploading documents and aadhar authentication, without showing the acknowledgement page, it switches back to login page again. I have tried several times from chrome and IE.
