There is this issue with the high-end cars that the angle of the front windshield is more slantly placed & secondly, the glass reflects various rays hence the RFID readers sometimes are unable to read the FASTag. Kindly contact the FASTag issuer or NHAI helpline @1033 for further clarification assistance.

You need to paste the Fast Tag in the dotted area. This is where I stuck the Fast Tag and solved my problem. This is because the Climate Comfort Windshield blocks certain rays. The pleasure of driving BMW IX was nullified with the stress at the toll gates.
