Answered on September 10,2020ഞാൻ ഒരു 10 3/4 സെന്റ് സ്ഥലം തരം മാറ്റാൻ വേണ്ടി Form # 9 ൽ കോഴിക്കോട് RDO ക്ക് 07.03.20ന്ന് അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തു. വില്ലേജിൽ നിന്ന് വന്ന് spot inspection നടത്തി. 1937 മുതലുള്ള ആധാരം പോലുള്ള രേഖകളും, ഭൂമിയുടെ നികുതി receipt, ഇന്ന് corporation ( അന്ന് പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ )നിൽ നിന്നുള്ള വീടിന്റെ tax receipt എന്നിവയും, spot verification സമയത്ത് വില്ലേജ്കാർ പറഞ്ഞ, plot ന്റെ നാല് ഭാഗത്തുമുള്ള വീടുകളുടെയും ( എല്ലാം upstair ഉള്ള ഇരുനില വീടുകൾ ആണ് ) ഫോട്ടോകളും ഞാൻ വില്ലേജി ൽ കൊടുത്തു. അത് അവർ RDO ക്ക് അയച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന്. പറഞ്ഞു. എന്റെ പ്രശ്നം ഇപ്പോൾ വില്ലേജ് records ൽ നിലം എന്നത് കരഭൂമി / പറമ്പ് എന്നാക്കി കിട്ടുകയാണ്. നിലം എന്നായതിനാൽ വേറെ വീട് വെക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. നാല് ഭാഗത്തും പറമ്പ് എന്നും, അവർ എല്ലാം വര്ഷങ്ങളോളം ഇരുനില വീട്ടുണ്ടാക്കി താമസിക്കുകയും / വാടകക്ക് കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടും, അതിനുള്ളിൽ ഉള്ള ഈ കുറച്ചു സ്ഥലം മാത്രം എങ്ങനെ നിലം എന്ന് വന്നു? ഇനി RDO യുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന് എന്ത് നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കും ? വില്ലേജ്കാർ report ചെയ്തിട്ട് ഇപ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തോളം ആയി. ഇത് ശരിയായി കിട്ടാൻ എത്ര സമയം എടുക്കും ? ഓരോ തവണ അന്വേഷിച്ചു ചെല്ലുമ്പോഴും "File Madam ത്തിന്റെ മേശപ്പുറത്താണ് " എന്ന മറുപടിയാണ് കിട്ടുന്നത്. ഇത് ഇനിയും സമയം എടുക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ, speed up ചെയ്യാൻ നമുക്ക് എന്തെങ്കിലും നടപടിയെടുക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ ? വിവരാവകാശ നിയമ പ്രകാരം ചോദിച്ചാൽ, വേഗത്തിൽ ശരിയാക്കുമോ ?

Answered on November 08,2020എന്റെ വൈഫിന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള 2006 model സ്കോർപിയോ കാർ 2008 ഡിസംബർ മാസം മലപ്പുറം dt ഇൽ oru യൂസ്ഡ് കാർ ഷോറൂമിൽ വില്പന നടത്തുകയുണ്ടായി.പിന്നീട് വാഹനം ആർക്കോ വിറ്റു .ഞാൻ വിദേശത്തു ജോലിയായിരുന്നു അടുത്തിടെ mvd പരിവാഹൻ സൈറ്റിൽ സേർച്ച്‌ ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ഇപ്പോഴും വാഹനം രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ മാറിയിട്ടില്ല എന്ന് മനസ്സിലായത്.2011 തൊട്ട് tax pending ആണ്. ഇൻഷുറൻസ് ഇല്ല.ഈ വാഹനം ഇപ്പോഴും കാസറഗോഡ് ലൈവ് ഓടുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് അറിയാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞു.അങ്ങിനെ joint rto ക്ക് പരാതി നൽകാൻ പോയി അദ്ദേഹം check ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ കാലിക്കറ്റ്‌ rto ലേക്ക് 2009 ഇൽ clearence പോയിട്ടുണ്ട്.But ഇപ്പോഴും അവർ രെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ മാറ്റിയിട്ടില്ല.ഞാൻ എന്താണ് ഇനി ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ?

Answered on December 11,2020വീട്ടിൽ 2000 ത്തിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത ഒരു മാരുതി 800 (പെട്രോൾ) ഉണ്ട്. 2015 ൽ അത് ഒരു തവണ renewal ചെയ്തു. ഇപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും renewal ചെയ്യാൻ സമയം ആയി. 2020 ജൂണിൽ registration and tax expiry ആയി. RTO ഓഫീസിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഡിസംബർ 31 വരെ validity നീട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഇപ്പോൾ കൊയിലാണ്ടി SRTO യിൽ ആണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളത്. വണ്ടി ഇപ്പോൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തു ആണുള്ളത്. ഇനി റെജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ പുതുക്കുന്നത് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തു വച്ച് ചെയ്യാൻ പറ്റുമോ?
