  • If you are a new user you can register in the Seva Sindhu portal. If you are an existing user, log in with your mobile number.

  • Click on “GET OTP”

  • Choose the language of the certificate- English or Kannada.

  • Enter user details.

  • Click on the "I agree" checkbox and fill the Captcha code as given and submit.

  • Attach the required documents and save them.

  • Saved Documents will be displayed.

  • Click on e-sign and proceed.

  • The E-Sign page will be displayed. Fill Aadhaar number to get OTP and proceed to payment.

  • Click on make payment and proceed.

  • After Payment is Successful, Sakala acknowledgement will be generated
