Procedure involved to get this service:Application along with necessary documents and prescribed fee should be submitted at the nearest AJSK Centres.

1. DEATH CERTIFICATE
2. PURPOSE - GOVERNMENT JOB/ LOAN/ETC
3. RATION CARD OR ELECTION VOTERS ID CARD
4. FAMILY TREE
