Nadakacheri

Nadakacheri centers have been put up with an aim to provide electronic delivery of citizen services (caste certificate, income certificate,  land documents, birth and death certificates, agriculture documents, and Social Security pensions) to the citizens of Karnataka state in India.

An online Portal is also being set up to provide these services.

Caste Certificate

Follow the below steps to obtain Caste Certificate online.

Nadakacheri Home Page

  • Choose "Apply Online" from drop down menu.

  • Then the user will get Nadakacheri Login page, Enter Mobile number

  • Click on ‘HOME button to enter Nadakacheri home page.

  • Put the mouse over NEW REQUEST menu to see all services (Caste Certificates, Income Certificates, Residence/Domicile Certificates, Widow Certificates, Unemployment Certificate, OBC Certificates, Population Certificates). Click on the required service.

Nadakacheri Caste Certificate Online

  • Choose Caste certificate and then it will prompt whether you require certificate in English or Kannada.

  • Enter user details, all fields shown in Red are compulsory.

Nadakacheri User Details

  • Select the mode of delivery,as NadaKacheri or Registered Post

  • And upload the required documents for the Income certificate. Red colour labels indicates compulsory fields and remaining fields are optional but need produce for easy and fast process of applications. And then click on ‘Save’ to save or ‘Cancel’ for cancellation.

  • Click on ‘Save’ button, then will generate ACK no, and user will receive same ACK no to his mobile.

  • Click ‘OK’ button, then Click on ‘Online Payment’ button to pay the application fees. Then will show the following message as below. Click ‘OK’ to proceed or ‘Cancel’ to cancel the payment.

  • In the bill payment page, choose the card payment: Cedit Cards, Internet Banking, Debit Cards, Select the Card Type, and click on ‘Make Payment’.

  • Provide required details then click on ‘Make Payment’.

  • The application will be accepted only after successful online payment of application fees. After successful payment, ACK no. will appear in concerned Nadakacheri’s for further process of application. And final certificate will be obtained from the concerned Nadakacheri center.

Income Certificate

Follow the below steps to obtain Income Certificate online.

  • Then the user will get Nadakacheri Login page, Enter Mobile number

  • Visit Nadakacheri website

  • Click on "Online Application"

Get Nadakacheri documents in Digilocker

For getting Nadakacheri documents like caste certificate, income certificate in Digilocker , you need to create a digilocker account.

If you already have a digilocker account, please follow the below steps.

  • Visit Digilocker website

  • Click on Signin to proceed

  • Enter your Username and Password in the fields given.Click on the Signin  button to Login to your digilocker account.

    OR

    Enter your Aadhaar number and click on verify button get OTP in your Aadhaar linked mobile number and enter the OTP received on your mobile to Login to your digilocker account

  • Click on the Issued Documents. Click on Check Partners Section to begin

  • Select partner name as "Revenue Department- Nadakacheri, Karnataka" and service as "Caste Certificate" or "Income Certificate" as per the need.

  • After selection of respective service,enter the Acknowledgment Number  that you have got while applying for the required certificate. And click on the accept checkbox.

  • Your required document will be fetched and Linked with DigiLocker Account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: If certificate is not approved after completion of stipulated time, What need to be done next?

A: You can visit the nearest Nadakacheri office with application details and enquire about the status. If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can raise appeal to higher authority (Assistant Commissioner) from Nadakacheri. If issue is still not resolved, then you can send mail to helpdeskajsk@gmail.com with all details of your application and Appeal details

Q: I have entered wrong details while raising application online, Can it be edited or corrected ?

A: Once application is submitted, You cannot edit the application. You can visit your nearest Nadakacheri centre and request for correction. You can also raise the new application with correct details.

Q: To whom should the citizen complain if the application is rejected?

A: Citizen can send mails to below Authority with the required details

  • District Deputy Commissioner

  • Assistant Commissioner

  • Commissioner, Survey Settlement and land records

Q: Once the raised application is rejected, does the applicant needs to pay the service charges at the time of resubmission of application or will the already paid amount will be refund?

A; Applicants has to repay the service charges at the time of resubmission, Deputy Tahshildar may reject the applications for reasons such as incorrect or insufficient information or documents submitted at the time of request, hence no refund facility is provided.

Q: What actions shall be taken upon the rejection of application ?

The competent authority of issuing the certificate is Tahshildar. Once the application is rejected by the Tahshildar, there is provision to appeal to Assistant Commissioner as he is the appellant Authority.

Q: Are Caste or Income or residential and other certificates obtained from cyber centres or private bodies are authentic in nature ?

Ans: The certificates issued by the private or cyber centres are valid because private or cyber centres use official website of Nadakacheri to raise the request which will again move to the respective competent authority for verifications and approvals

Q: Is the certificate obtained from the Atal Janasnahi Kendras (AJSKs) authentic? If so, can we use this generated certificates to avail any other government benefits ?

Yes. Certificate obtained from the Atal Janasnahi Kendras (AJSKs) is valid and authentic.

Q: What If I don’t have RC number while searching?

If you don’t have Ration card number while applying enter 9999 as Ration card number and search

Q: How to apply for pensions schemes in online?

There is no option to apply online for pension schemes. Please apply by visiting nearest Nadakacheri office.
