സ്കെച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് നിയമാനുസൃതം നൽകേണ്ട ഫീസ് ഫീസ് മാത്രം നൽകിയാൽ മതി.വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർക്ക് വ്യക്തിപരമായി തുകയൊന്നും നൽകേണ്ടതില്ല.

Yes.  minimum INR 500 which is GOVT. fee with proper receipt.  charge may change if the land is more than 25 cent.  Any other amount demanded (without proper receipt) is bribery
