ഓരോ സെറ്റ്‌ലേമെൻറ് ഇയർ ന് ശേഷവും ( ഒക്ടോബര് 1 തൊട്ട് സെപ്തംബര് 30 വരെ) എക്‌സൈസ് ആയി ബാങ്ക് ചെയ്‌തിട്ടുള്ള എനർജികാണ് KSEB യിൽ നിന്ന് ഉപഭോക്‌താവിന് പണം ലഭിക്കുന്നത്..

ഇങ്ങനെ പണം ലഭ്യമാകുന്നത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന റേറ്റ് എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് Average Pooled Power Purchase Cost ആണ് . കഴിഞ്ഞ തവണ അത് 2.94 രൂപ ആയിരുന്നു.

ഇത് പ്രകാരം ഉള്ള ക്യാഷ് നൽകുന്നതിന് ഒക്ടോബര് മാസം ആദ്യ വാരത്തിൽ തന്നെ അക്കൗണ്ട് ക്ലോസ് ചെയുകയും, ഉപഭോക്താവിന് 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം തുക ലഭ്യമാകുകയും ചെയ്യണം . അങ്ങനെ 30 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭ്യമായില്ല എങ്കിൽ അതിന് ശേഷം വരുന്ന ഓരോ ദിവസത്തിനും  FBIL rate+ 200 basis pointil പലിശ ലഭ്യമാകാൻ കൺസ്യൂമേരിന് അര്ഹതയുണ്ട്.
