The Nagpur Municipal Corporation’s (NMC) birth and death registration department has clarified that those wanting to add their names in birth certificates can do so by May 14, 2020, which is the final cut off date. There is no age criteria for the process. After the deadline, no extension to the age limit waiver would be allowed as per Maharashtra government’s resolution dated July 27, 2015.
