Initially, KSFE had postponed all their chitty auctions due from 21st March to 20th April in all their branches.(In the case branches in Pathanamthitta region it is from 13th March onwards). Now on the basis of extension of lock-down tlll 03/05/2020, KSFE has further postponed all chitty auction proceedings.

The re-scheduled dates will be announced later. Please note that all KSFE branches(except In Kasaragode dist and places where there are restrictions)) are open (between 10am and 2 pm)from 15.04.2020 onwards.

You can remit your chitty installments without losing dividend and without penal interest till 30/06/2020. But if you want to participate in auction (once Chitty auction resumes), chitty should be uptodate. Loans also can be remitted without penal interest till 30/06/2020.

It is possible to remit the chitty installment amount online(for those who have net banking facility). Kindly contact your KSFE branch and convey your intention to remit installments online. They will allot you a unique number for your chitty and explain the details to you. For contact details of branches, please visit the KSFE website. Log into your bank account. Then please add the given unique id number(as such) as your beneficiary account and in the place of IFSC please add the IFSC given from the KSFE branch. After successfully adding these details, try transferring a small amount first, as test . Contact your branch and check whether the amount is credited to your chitty account next day.After that you can start transferring regularly. (Kindly try doing the above after one week of allotting unique id from KSFE because activation of unique id can be done only after one week of allotting the same.)
