Recently i transferred the Khatha from previous owner to my name through a Agent.I got the Uttara Patra from the agent and he said now the certificate and extract is not providing by BBMP due to the digitisation of all properties is going on through some online website from BBMP.Is this information true?

The information is true 

e-Aasthi replaces the khata extract. 

In addition to Uttara Patra, apply for e-aasthi as well
