My KSFE chitti value is 10 lakh, I have completed 2 years of installments. Now I'm not able to pay for further installments. How can I sell or exchange my chitti to another person?

If the chitty has not completed 60% of its total duration, your chitty can be substituted by any interested party. Once the substitution is done you can avail the amount remitted by you. Otherwise you will get the amount once the total duration of the chitty is over.
