I've been trying with Sakala's online khata transfer service. I can't upload all the needed docs. I'm getting error "Page not found" even am using mozilla firefox browser. What to do ?

Please follow the instructions below to apply Khata transfer.

1. Ensure that you are using Mozilla Firefox to apply the Khata transfer.

2. If you find an error, please delete all cookies, history, and cache before proceeding to the  following step.

3. Enter the name exactly as it appears on the Aadhar card and double-check that it matches the Aadhar name.

4. Be sure to update your active mobile number in order to get SMS messages on time.

5.Please clear your application's past login attempts in Sakala login and apply fresh application.  

6.For offline submission you can visit nearest Bangalore one centre.
