If your daughter lives in Kerala too, she can register the Power of Attorney (POA) in Kerala and you can use this POA for property registration in Bangalore. POA adjudication is not required. 

If your daughter lives in abroad and she sent the POA to buy a property in Bangalore. The POA should be adjudicated in Bangalore and not in Kerala. POA should be adjudicated in the District registrar's office, in the jurisdiction of where the property is located. 

For example: If the property is located in Shivajinagar, Bangalore. The POA should be adjudicated in the Shivajinagar District Registrar's office and not in any other registrar office. 

Only the District Registrar's office (DRO) adjudicates the foreign POA, Sub-registrar office doesn't adjudicate foreign POA.
