It is not mandatory to have a digital signature on the approved certificate from the e-district Kerala portal. Based on the configuration of various software in laptop, digital signature will sometimes be not visible. If you scan it using the scanning option, you can see that it is approved

I had the same doubt and after looking for a while, I found out that in future there will no more ticks. It will just be written.
