To open any documents in Digilocker, citizens are required to ensure that their mobile number is linked with Aadhar or not. If it is not linked, then link it via Aadhar update. Because whenever you provide your Aadhar to Digilocker, it asks for otp to confirm and if mobile is not linked, it will deny the process.
