How to get NOC for bike registered from Tolichowki in Hyderabad, as i moved to Bangalore now. Do i need to take my bike along with me to submit NOC docs ?

Your bike doesn't need to be present to get NOC. You have to submit the required documents at RTO to get NOC.You can either do it by yourself or hire an agent to do it.
As you have not obtained NOC at the time of migration, the registered owner is required to apply in Form 28 to the RTO in Hyderabad along with documents for issue of NOC. In case, no reply is received from the Hyderabad RTO even after 30 days, the registered owner shall submit a copy of applied Form 28 to RTO in Bangalore, along with the postal acknowledgement for having submitted the required forms to Hyderabad RTO, and a declaration stating that the application for “NOC has neither been rejected nor any reply received from the previous registering authority” to whom the application has been made.

I reported this to the dealer and they applied for name change and I received an additional document B-register extract, where my name is correctly mentioned. They said, RC cannot be changed, this doc has to be carried along with RC all the time. Also, my name was correctly updated in the RTO database, only RC card has the wrong name. Now I moved from Karnataka to Telangana and got my vehicle registered in Telangana and got my new RC card. The name is wrongly mentioned in my new RC card in Telangana also. I want to correct the name in my RC. When I checked the agents in RTO, they mentioned that "transfer of ownership" is the only option. When I check the Telangana Transport Website also, I couldn't find any option to correct the name. Can you guide me on this?

I got the RC No Objection Certificate for the two vehicles from the respective state registering authorities. But I didn't register it in Kerala. In 2017, I shifted to Hyderabad. I am planning to have my both vehicles registered in Telangana. Can you please help me with this case, as the original registering authorities are asking for a NUC (No Utilization Certificate) from Trivandrum RTO. How to do it without traveling to Kerala? Is there an online process for it?

Answered on April 22,2022I have purchased a bike in Pune in 2008 and moved to Hyderabad in 2020 with proper NOC. I even paid road tax in Hyderabad, but not re-registered the vehicle as there was no proper address proof with me. Later, when I tried to register, they said it can't be registered as NOC got expired. Now, wanted to scrap the vehicle as I am not using it anymore. How can I do it legally for a Maharashtra registered vehicle in Hyderabad?
