2 .  CERTIFIED MUTATION EXTRACT

3 .  IF THE TOTAL EXTENT OF LAND IS NOT BEING CONVERTED, SKETCH OF THE EXTENT OF LAND BEING CONVERTED

4 .  NO TENANCY CERTIFICATE, NO PTCL CASES CERTIFICATE FROM TAHSILDAR

5 .  ENCUMBRANCE CERTIFICATE OF PAST 13 YEARS

Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service : Fees as fixed by the Government

Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered :120 Working Days

Whom to approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer : Regional Commissioner

Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer : 30 Working Days

Whom to approach as 2nd appeal (Appellate Authority), if the decision of the Competent officer is not acceptable or not implemented? : Government

Maximum no. of days to wait to get the decision of Appellate Authority : 30 Working Day
