Why does it show "Cancelled" when I try to download my Aadhaar card to my DigiLocker? Also, I am not receiving the OTP for verification. How to fix it?

  I have digilocker account linked with aadhar no but when I try to fetch up my documents from national institute of open schooling, it shows you can not fetch up this document. Please link your aadhar. When I try to link aadhar it shows your aadhar is already linked. Kindly resolve this issue.
