Visit the following link: 

Institution Registration.

Look for the option titled "Check if your registration is already available." Once there, choose your district and verify the presence of your institute in the database by entering either the institution name or the pincode in the respective column. If your institution is not found, you can initiate a new registration by selecting "New registration."
