For Khata transfer through WILL, we need to submit the registered mother deed as well
Also, following documents are required for Khata transfer:
- FORM 15 Encumbrance certificate (EC)
- Tax paid receipt
- Donor's Khata
- Your aadhaar
- Family tree certificate from Revenue department

Answered on August 14,2021For BBMP khata transfer, after filling the application online and uploading all the required documents, it took us to e-sign through Aadhar . After e-Signing the document, no acknowledge is being received. Nor any SMS is coming to mobile. Website is taking us again to log in page. I had purchased a flat in a apartment at vishweshwara Niagara Mysore during 2015 and got Katha changed to my name and was paying property tax regularly at Mysore one office at Jayanagara. Since corona lockdown this year I tried to pay property tax by online I came to know that even though katha changed to my name it was not registered in office file . Khata transfer is approved as per SMS message received on 8.9.2021. I went to Bangalore One to pay khata transfer fees. After feeding my GSC number they are getting response as "technical error''. Same reply is coming from other Bangalore One offices also. BBMP is unaware of this. Bangalore one server is ok as others are able to pay khata transfer fees. What to do next?
