Change your telephone number in your Aadaar and apply once again

The mobile number provided on sakala website and mobile number on aadhar are not necessary to match. The mobile number can be different from sakala account and aadhar.

Try e-sign on different browsers like firefox or Mozilla (avoid window chrome as windows chrome may not support e-sign due security reasons).
