When I had created digilocker account, it was password oriented. It now asks for 6 digit pin, that I had never setup. On trying the "forgot password" OTP comes but nothing happens. Its stuck on the same page whether on app, laptop browser or mobile browser. Cannot reset or login. What to do now?

You can reset the security PIN by entering your DOB as per your Aadhaar, if your Account is not linked Aadhaar please put your DOB as 01-01-1970 and follow the process.
