Stamp Duty and registration fee are paid just before the registration of sale deed

In Bangalore,  Stamp duty and Registration fee are paid online and generate the challan. The challan looks like below image

The above challan is valid for 90 days from the day of payment so one can register the property within 90 days

We request you pay stamp duty and Registration fee one day in advance of registration of sale deed. Avoid last-minute hassle because we need to check the information provided in challan multiple times before making payment,

For example: We need to select correct sub-registrar office, purposes and sub-purposes. Most of the purposes look same but minor variations in article numbers so it's important to check the input information before making the payment.

Even a small mistake may cost you huge amount and it's cumbersome to claim refund.
