Udyog Aadhar is a 12-digit registration number issued by Ministry of MSME (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises). Udyog Aadhar registration is applicable to existing MSMEs that are engaged in Manufacturing or Service activities.

Udyog Aadhar is an identity card for Micro, small and medium enterprises. It can be used as an identity proof for your business for opening a bank account, getting VAT or service tax registration, others.

Udyog Aadhaar (UA) is for existing businesses.

Udyog Aadhaar Memorandum is the registration form wherein the MSME certifies its existence, and provides mandatory information such as owner’s Aadhar details, bank account details etc.

After submitting this form, an acknowledgment form is released to the registered email of the applicant containing the unique UAN (Udyog Aadhaar Number).
