Name of the Sub Service : Change of khatha (Undispute cases - Registered)
Whom to approach for this service (Designated Officer)? : Tahasildar
Procedure involved to get this service : Two source of application generation , one is through kiosk and other one is through SRO
Who are eligible to get this service : Interested parties involved in the mutation process of a particular land (RTC) parcel
Documents to be enclosed with the request :
1 . FOR DOCUMENTS CHECK WWW.BHOOMI.KARNATAKA.GOV.IN/KHATACHANGETIMEFRAME
Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service Minimum 35 Rs and above As per KLR act 1964 and KLR rules 1966 which has been incorporated in to Bhoomi software
Maximum number of days to wait to get this service delivered : 60 Working Days
Whom to approach as a appeal (Competent Officer), if the service is not delivered in time or rejected by officer : Assistant commissioner
Maximum number of days to wait to get the decision of the Competent Officer : 30 Working Days
Whom to approach as 2nd appeal (Appellate Authority), if the decision of the Competent officer is not acceptable or not implemented? : Deputy commissioner
Maximum no. of days to wait to get the decision of Appellate Authority : 30 Working Days

Government of Karnataka . Answered on December 09,2021Application for khata transfer of a property in Yelahanka was submitted through Bangalore One on 10.08.2021. Khata transfer is approved as per SMS message received on 8.9.2021. I went to Bangalore One to pay khata transfer fees. After feeding my GSC number they are getting response as "technical error''. Same reply is coming from other Bangalore One offices also. BBMP is unaware of this. Bangalore one server is ok as others are able to pay khata transfer fees. What to do next?
