The approval process for the khata transfer service takes 30 working days. If your application remains pending after the due date, please call the Sakala helpdesk at 080 4455 4455 to file an appeal against the delay. We are here to assist you from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all days of the week. Alternatively, you can email your concerns to sakala@nic.in, and they will address your issue ASAP.
