Yes . You can change your Baby name in Birth Certificate But You can't change parents name in childrens Birth Certificate there is only Grammatical mistakes rectification are allowed. Although you can change anything in Birth Certificate by approaching a honourable Court by filing a Original Suite case. For this purpose you must apply for Birth Certificate correction before Birth and Death Registrar (Thahsildar) of concerned Taluk.

Once baby name included can not be changed , any grammatical corrections can be made with respect to other documents of the baby.
