I have forgot my registered user Id in IRCTC website. What to do?

If you remember user id of your IRCTC account then you can easily recover with help of your mobile number. Just visit the IRCTC official website and click on the login page and then there click on forgot password, The portal will ask you for your user id, by entering your user id and captcha you will move on to further step where you can recover your account using your mobile number.
