Well, If you have booked your ticket from railway counter then it's not possible but if you have booked your ticket from IRCTC then you can have all details that passenger has provided at the time of reservation. It's quite easy in case of IRCTC ticket, simply go to the booking history and find the desired transaction id. Once you have it, open it and get the all the information about the passenger from Check PNR Status
