I have completed my degree from Karnataka State Law University. I had applied for the official Transcript of the student records through seva sindhu portal last month. Since then, it has been stuck in the same process and there has been no progress regarding my application. it is very urgent as I have to go for further studies abroad. What to do?

If you have a GSC number you can raise appeal in Sakala against the delay in disposal of application. Respective competent officer shall go through your appeal request.

They take money but no bill or I don't get a message on my phone even after paying the fees . I have proof of video for this . Even after SAKALA has advised the days for services ,we don't get our services on time . Because we don't get a message on our phone when we call SAKALA we cannot get the status of the application due to no number through a message. When is this issue getting resolved , when asked at madikeri survey office they say it must some network issue ,hence you didnt get a message. It is done so deliberately. I can see myself and a bunch of poor farmers suffering a lot. Where to complain now?
