Yes, Sometimes BBMP staff upload just one page of khata and not all pages.
I request you to visit your BBMP ward office and collect the hard copy of khata certificate and extract.

Only uttara pathra will be uploaded when the khata transfer is approved online. Kindly visit the concerned BBMP ward office and manually collect your approved original documents. Kindly contact 080 44554455 for more assistance.

Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?
