Kindly update your Mobile no with Aadhaar card at your nearest Aadhaar center ,after this complete your eKYC on DigilLocker and then can create your ABC ID through DigiLocker by Search document section where you will search Academic Bank of credits and can create your ABC ID.
In case of any issue, you have to raise a ticket on Digilocker Support, our support team will assist you accordingly.

This is not a problem, you can also fix it by creating ABC ID again through DigiLocker.
