It seems your DigiLocker account has been created with your family member's account number whose details are being reflected in the account in order to avoid such issues please register with your own Aadhaar verified mobile number on DigiLocker.

In case of any issue, you have to raise a ticket on  Digilocker Support, our support team will assist you accordingly.
