Name of the Service: Modification in Existing Ration Card

Name of the Sub Service: MODIFICATION OF EXISTING RC ( DELETION / ADDITION OF A MEMBER, CHANGE OF ADDRESS WITHIN THE SAME TALUK )

Whom to approach for this service (Designated Officer)?: CONCERNED FOOD INSPECTOR

Procedure involved to get this service: 1. Existing RC Online Modification at the Bio-Photo Service centers. 2.Along with Service center acknowledgement visit concerned food office. 3.On verification of office record, Modification will be approved, and modified RC along with deletion certificate, if required will be issued. 

Form to be submitted to get this service: Online Application at the Food Office

Who are eligible to get this service: The residents who are already having ration card
