Rent Control Court കള്ക്കാണ് മുനിസിപ്പല് വാല്യൂ, സ്റ്റാന്ഡേര്ഡ് റെന്റ്, ഫെയര് റെന്റ് എന്നിവ നിശ്ചയിക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം. ഓരോ കെട്ടിടത്തിനും പ്രത്യേകമായാണ് ഇവ നിശ്ചയിക്കുന്നത്. താങ്കളുടെ കെട്ടിടം സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തെ Rent Control Court ല് കേസുകള് കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന അനുയോജ്യനായ ഒരു അഭിഭാഷകനെ കണ്ട് താങ്കളുടെ കെട്ടിടത്തിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങള് നല്കി ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങള് അന്വേഷിക്കുക.
