  എന്റെ ഉടമസ്ഥതയിൽ ഉള്ള പ്ലോട്ടിൽ കിണർ കുഴിക്കുന്ന ഭാഗത്തു പബ്ലിക് റോഡിൽ ഉള്ള KSEB യുടെ ഇലക്ട്രിക് പോസ്റ്റിന്റെ സ്റ്റേ കമ്പി ഉണ്ട്. അത് സ്ഥലം മാറ്റി അടിക്കാൻ KSEB ഓഫീസിൽ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുത്തപ്പോൾ അതിനുള്ള ചിലവ് 4300 രൂപ ഞാൻ അടക്കണമെന്ന് KSEB. ഇവിടെ ഉടമസ്ഥന് ഒരു ഉപയോഗമില്ലാത്ത അന്യരുടെ (KSEB)യുടെ സാധങ്ങൾ മാറ്റുന്നതിനു ഉടമസ്ഥൻ ചിലവ് വഹിക്കണോ? ഇങ്ങനെയുള്ള പ്ലോട്ടിൽ സ്റ്റേ കമ്പി ഇട്ടതിനു KSEB യിൽ നിന്നും ഉടമസ്ഥർക്ക് ഒരു വാടകയോ മറ്റു അനുകൂല്യങ്ങളോ കിട്ടുന്നില്ലല്ലോ? ഇവിടെ എന്താണ് ഇതിന്റെ ശരിയായ ന്യായ വശം?

  I have registered for KSEB's Soura scheme Model II, I have paid for the existing meter, 1) will it be replaced by net-meter - how much have to pay if not renting 2) how is fixed charge calculated for soura consumers (e.g if consumption is less than export) 3)is there facility in inverter that can alert kseb office in cases of low energy production
