Step 1: Get the POA draft from your advocate or agent in Thai or download from internet.

Step 2: Fill the draft with your required details of name, address, contact number and etc.. as demanded in draft

Step 3: Carry the following documents to notary public near you

  • Filled POA draft

  • Passport

Step 4: Notary public reads the POA and cross verify the supporting documents

Executant (you) should sign the POA in front of Notary, sign on all pages of POA

Notary public seal and sign the POA and notary make an entry in Notary book.

Collect your POA from notary and pay the required fee demanded by notary.
