Below is the procedure to revoke the General power of Attorney (GPA):

Prepare the draft in word format. (Refer to above image for mock draft)
Print the draft in normal A4 size paper
Sign the “Revocation GPA” in front of notary or Indian consulate in your country (USA). Get the revocation GPA attested by notary or Indian consulate in your country
