  1. Go to https://www.irctc.co.in/
  2. Login using your username and password
  3. Click on the "Booked Tickets" link and select the ticket to be cancelled
  4. Initiate the cancellation by selecting the passengers to be cancelled
  5. You will a message that your ticket has been cancelled and refund will be credited back to your bank account
  6. In case of partial cancellation of ticket, a fresh e-reservation slip (Electronic Reservation Slip) should be printed.
