How can I track status of NORKA ID registration?

Normally it will take a maximum of 15 days for approval. You can download the Norka ID card after that.

You will also receive a hard copy of NORKA ID card within 1.5 months at Kerala postal address.

If you have not received it after the due time, you can complain about it on the NORKA website.

  • Login to Norka Roots website.

  • Click on "Raising a Grievance".

  • Select Grievance Category as "NRK ID Card Related".

  • Enter the Grievance Description.

  • Click on Submit to raise the Grievances.

Status will be available on your profile page. Login to Norka Roots website and then choose "Pravasi Id card " option from the dashboard.
