Follow the below steps to view land records (Aadhaaram) in Kerala.

Kerala Land Records Online

  • Click on Queries.
  • Click on View. Then Click on Document.
  • Enter the name of District, Sub-registrar Office, Year and Document Number

  • Enter the captcha
  • Click on Search to view the details of the land.

Kerala Land Records Online Aadharam

  • You can see the details of the Claimant. Executant, Property and Previous Document
  • Click on First Page Preview to view the first page.
  • Click on View Document to view the entire document. You have to pay a fee of INR 100 to view it.

Follow the below steps to view land records online in Kerala.

  • Visit E-Rekha website.
  • Click on "File Search"
  • Search and Download option is available on Preliminary records, Resurvey records and District maps. Select any from below.

  • Select your District, Taluk, Village, document type
  • Enter block number and survey number
  • Click on Submit button

  • The results and preview (thumbnail of your document) will display on next page
  • If you want to download the original one, please click on Checkout button
  • Enter your login credential if already registered, otherwise signup and Login
  • Verify the details. Document download fee is also displayed here
  • Click on the continue button
  • Verify all the details. Note down the transaction number for future communication with KLIM.
  • Click on Proceed to Pay button. You will be redirected to the E-treasury page
  • Choose your bank and do Internet banking to pay
  • Click on Download page and Save the requested document
