Yes, Bank verifies the original documents and demands photocopy or soft copy of the following documents

  • Parent deed
  • sale deed
  • Encumbrance certificate till date
  • Current year property tax receipt 
  • ID proof 

Seller should provide the above documents to process buyer's home loan
