How to get One and Same certificate in Kerala?

Written By Gautham Krishna   | Updated on June 30, 2023

The one and same certificate is used to declare that two (or more) names pertain to the same person.

If a person uses multiple names in different documents, but without legally changing your name, then he/she has to submit this certificate, to declare that it is only he/she has used all those names (mention all variations of your name accurately in the document).

If One and Same Certificate is required for Outside State Purposes, the certificate will be issued from Taluk(s) Office.

If One and Same Certificate is required for State Purposes, the certificate will be issued from Village(s) Office.
