Whom does the Hindu Marriages Act apply to?

Hindu Marriages Act applies to Hindus, Buddhists, Brahma, Sikhs and Aryasamaj. It does not apply to Muslim, Christian, Parsi or Jewish Communities. But it also applies to those who follow Hindu religious customs.
