Any inter caste married couple from Karnataka can apply for this service, but one must be from the SC category and the other from the general category.

There is a difference between Inter-religion and Inter-cast Marriage. This scheme is only applicable if one is SC/ST and the other one belongs to Hindu Religion.

If you are a minority Like Jain, Muslim, Christian, etc then application will be rejected.

Clarity is not specified on Portal but you will find at Social Welfare department of respective district.
