If you have a criminal record or non-criminal infractions with a fine of $500 or more, consult an immigration attorney.

Otherwise, if you have not filed I-751 or I-829 and there were 91 or more days left on your green card, file I-90.

If you have already filed I-751 / I-829 call USCIS, say "info pass", and request an I-551 stamp.

Otherwise file I-751 (if married based) or I-829 (if investment based), and once the filing arrives at USCIS, call USCIS, say "info pass", and request an I-551 stamp.
