I am now at trivandrum . Sir what are the process I have to do inorder to intimate the RTO offical such that my vehicle was sold . I know the detials if the rc ownership transfer in parivahan site . I want to know what else I should do whether I have to send the copy of the signed documents to RTO officals or not ?

But I didn't travel to Eranakulam since 2021. Under such circumstances how can I get backlisted dated 21th Jan 2022?
